Jack is a professional coach offering services to business owners and managers, professionals, individuals and non-profit organizations. Through a diverse educational experience and employment history, Jack is able to relate to you and your organization in a unique and effective manner.

In addition to current graduate work through the University of Texas-Dallas Executive and Professional Coaching program, Jack holds B.S. degrees in both Accounting and Engineering. His professional work experience over the past three decades includes Public Accounting, Mining Engineering, Mine Supervision, Plant Manager, Construction Management, Equipment Sales, and Construction Equipment Dealership Manager. He has extensive experience in operating small businesses, team building, sales and working with business owners and managers. Jack helped to build a dealership team that has achieved number one ranking in worldwide sales multiple years for a leading equipment manufacturer. He has consistently ranked in the top 10% of all sales representatives for this worldwide organization for over 20 years and enjoyed the success of being the top dollar-volume salesman worldwide.

Jack’s strengths in coaching are greatly enhanced by his interpersonal skills and empathy for others. He is able to partner with people at all levels of an organization, prompting them to action and results. He is a member of the International Coach Federation(ICF) and adheres to the ICF Code of Ethics.

PERSONAL LIFE

Jack resides in the Kansas City area with his wife of 28 years. They have two adult children who are top performers in their respective vocations.

Jack finds great satisfaction in helping others define and achieve their goals whether in business or personal life. He believes that the coaching process can be an extraordinary tool to achieve your desired results.

Jack enjoys a deep love for unspoiled nature and the outdoors. He enjoys travel with his wife and family to many destinations, especially those with mountains and beaches. His favorite destination is Alaska. Fishing, wood carving and painting are relaxing and fulfilling as well.
